The reason we vet software is to make sure it doesn't contain anything malicious, such as malware. This is so that we can ensure everyone's data on our network, and within our organization, stays safe.
Luckily, vetting software is usually easy, as most hackers rely on cheap techniques. Typically their goal is to "pull a fast one on you".
Below you will find the steps pertaining to how to request a Software/Driver installation on your computer.
2.0 ... How to submit a Software/Driver installation request ticket
When submitting a ticket to Request a Software/Driver installation, you can either visit this link Request Software/Driver Installation, or you can visit the support portal at Dream City Christian Schools Helpdesk Catalog and navigate to the I.T. Software tab on the lefthand toolbar.
The I.T. Software tab is highlighted in blue.
Next, you will see a list of "cards", each one pertaining to a New Ticket Template corresponding to the name and picture of the card. This system makes requesting tickets faster for both of us.

Finally, a template for requesting a new ticket will open up. It will look like this...
The Dell Service Tag is the label that will look like this "DCS-xxxxxxxx". This helps us identify who's in possession of which computer. Some of the older computers may be labeled as "JCS-xxxxxxxxx".
